Welcome to the first draft of the schedule for our upcoming winter convention! Please review the schedule carefully if you’re registered. Make sure you’re listed for the days you plan to attend. If you notice any errors or want to change tables, feel free to reach out to me on Slack. At this stage, many tables are labeled as “undetermined,” so ensure someone at your table has a game you can play. Let me know which game you’ll be playing, and I’ll update the schedule accordingly.

Saturday:

The first game kicks off at 10 AM. Once you finish, you’re welcome to start another game—just be mindful not to disrupt the evening schedule. Feel free to switch tables with others who have also completed their games.

18OE on Saturday:

This is a special “all day” table and the people participating will not be on the evening schedule as the game will take up the full 3 slots on saturday. If you want to join this epic game, let us know.

Sunday:

We have the same number of participants, but there’s no formal schedule. Simply start your games as you wish. If you prefer a scheduled game, let me know, and I’ll add it to the schedule. Additionally, if you’d like to join any of the announced tables with open slots, please reach out.

Feature Table:

It is possible to play our Age of Steam map, The Road to Mechelen, designed by Alban Viard on sunday. if there’s an interest, this table will be available. Normally, I host this game, but I’m hoping to play 18Ireland instead. The map and game will be provided, a few copies of the map are still available for purchase at the convention.
