18xx Game Convention Schedule Overview
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone:
- Evening Slots: These are shorter sessions, ideal for either brief games or standard games played by experienced, fast-paced players. Evening slots conclude at midnight.
- Day Slots: Can be used to playr longer games or multiple games.
- ‘Undetermined’ Tables: These tables are for games yet to be decided by the players. If you’re interested in playing at an ‘Undetermined’ table, it is advisable for someone at the table to propose and bring the game. Coordination and discussion about game choice can occur in our Slack channel.(if you are not a member of our slack channel please contact us for an invite)
- Sunday – Unstructured Play: While there’s no official schedule for Sunday, a list of attending players will be available. You are encouraged to form your own groups and start games as desired. On-demand table scheduling is available to facilitate organization.
The schedule is primarily in place to allow everyone to quickly find a table and start playing, minimizing downtime. Switching tables is permitted, provided all involved players agree to the swap.
